Therapists

Stacy Perkins, LCPC, is a licensed clinical professional counselor specializing in counseling women experiencing anxiety, stress, fear or worry. She is highly renowned by many other therapists for her dedication and compassion.

Even if you have a wonderful family, supportive partner and close friends willing to lend an ear when you’re going through difficult times, when anxiety or depression become overwhelming, sometimes you don’t know where to turn. Therapists like Stacy are trained and experienced in helping you work through these problems in a safe, secure environment where you feel comfortable sharing your concerns.

Many women suffer from the belief they have to be super women—all things to all people, all the time. In reality, that only sets you up to feel like a failure. Therapists can help you understand that it’s okay to place limits, set priorities that matter to you and create a healthier mindset to finally find relief.

About Stacy: In addition to her work as a therapist, Stacy has experience in residential counseling with children and teens, was an adjunct undergraduate instructor at a small liberal arts college, supervised graduate students in a master’s counseling program and provided consulting services for a school district. She holds an MA in Counseling Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology.
