I’ll gently challenge the patterns that keep you stuck, and I’ll help you create space for the version of you that feels more honest, more grounded, and more at peace.
This isn’t a “cookie-cutter approach” kind of therapy. We’ll always start with where you are, what’s going on in your world, what’s feeling heavy, and what would actually help you feel better. Every session is shaped around what you need, not just what worked for someone else.
