Yes! I'm an in-network provider with BCBS PPO, which means lower costs for you. I also work with other PPO plans like BCBS- Blue Choice, Aetna, UHC, and Cigna—though these insurance companies would be out-of-network.

If you are unsure about whether therapy is covered by your insurance don’t hesitate to give your insurance a call to understand your benefits better. 

Most of my therapy clients begin weekly or bi-weekly, but we’ll discuss the frequency that feels comfortable and helpful for you.

My sessions range from $130-$160 per session, depending on the length and type of session. We’ll talk about what frequency makes the most sense for your needs during your free consultation, whether that’s weekly, biweekly, or something else that fits your life.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans. We’ll figure it out together, based on what feels most helpful and realistic for you.
