Career Counseling for High-Achieving Women

Stress at work can be a major cause of anxiety and depression. Career counseling can help.

When you are suffering from anxiety or depression, it can permeate every aspect of your life. Certainly your career is no exception. In fact, everything about the work environment – self doubt about your job performance, making tough decisions, dealing with difficult co-workers or just managing with day-to-day stress can make it a breeding ground for anxiety. I offer career counseling as an important element of my holistic approach to treating anxiety and depression.

My career counseling services include helping you work on self-esteem issues so you can stop underestimating your work and worth to the company; providing you with tools to cope with stressful situations that arise; helping you identify and work towards the career goals that are most important to you; and more.

You are not alone. You deserve to feel better, and I would be honored to work with you.
